This year 2013, Ruairí Óg CLG will have four referees officiating at different levels. They are: John 'Smokey' Mc Killop, John Carson, Mark Donaghy and Philip Campbell. The club is very grateful to these men for undertaking what at times can be a very thankless task. However, without them the county would be reluctant to give us fixtures.
Therefore we would ask our players, officials and supporters to make a concerted effort this year to show all referees at whatever level the utmost respect because we will be expecting other clubs to do the same for our four representatives.
